Born January 16, 1981, is the youngest of the group, which achieved success when he was 21 years old. Nick had to use borrowed umacarteira identity to play in the clubs. He left the Dwight School in High School and was studying at Hunter College, where he met Nikolai Fraiture. He is currently married to photographer Amanda DeCadenet and is the father of twins - Silvan and Ella Valensi.

Nascido em 16 de janeiro de 1981, é o mais jovem do grupo, que atingiu o sucesso quando ele tinha 21 anos de idade. Nick teve que utilizar umacarteira de identidade emprestada para tocar nos clubes. Conheceu Fabrizio Moretti na Dwight School e, vendo que ambos tinham gostos parecidos, resolveram começar a ensaiar juntos. Deixou a Dwight School no Ensino Médio e foi estudar no Hunter College, onde conheceu Nikolai Fraiture.
